Upon acceptance of your return request, our team will schedule a pickup of the products within 4–7 days from the date of receiving your request. The refund or replacement process will commence only upon receiving the products in their original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

For product refunds, once your request is approved, you can expect the refund to be reflected in your account within 5-7 days. An email will be sent to you confirming the completion of the refund process. It’s important to note that in the case of a replacement, it is contingent upon the availability of stock. If, for any reason, a replacement item is not available, and you have already made the payment, we will promptly refund you the full amount. How will I get the refund?

In the event of a return, replacement, or refund, our process involves completing the refund within 5-7 days from the date when the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed back to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the receipt of the returned products. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

In the case of cash-on-delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer for the refund amount based on the billing details you provided. This process will be finalized within 5-7 days from the receipt of the returned products and receiving your bank details via email. Similar to card transactions, it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
